Mia's Story
From Personal Healing to Chinese Medicine
Mia’s path into the healing arts began in her early twenties, when a move to Los Angeles sparked a deep interest in yoga, meditation, and energy work. Her experiences—including time spent living and working at a healing center in Cusco, Peru—ultimately inspired her to pursue Chinese medicine and support others through holistic, integrative care.

She earned her Diploma of Acupuncture from Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC, and is a registered acupuncturist and certified Balance Method practitioner. Using techniques such as mirror imaging, channel palpation, and yin–yang balancing, Mia crafts treatments that promote harmony and deep relaxation.

She offers a grounded, supportive space where patients can reconnect with themselves and move toward greater balance and vitality.
