What is lymphatic drainage treatment?
Lymphatic drainage is a specialized treatment (massage, facial, or acupuncture) that uses rhythmic manual techniques, Gua Sha tools, acupuncture needles and cupping to promote the circulation of lymph and fluids.
How does it work?
The circular, repetitive motions of the massage (or the effect of acupuncture needles) will help the body's lymphatic system return stagnant fluids to the systemic circulation. As a result, it boosts recovery, supports detoxification, and promotes relaxation.
Do you offer facial lymphatic drainage?
Yes. Anna offers 45- and 60-minute facial lymphatic treatments, starting at $111.
Will my insurance cover it?
Yes, it does. But it depends on your insurance and whether the providing practitioner is licensed or not. Our registered massage therapists' and registered acupuncturists' treatments are covered by nearly all BC insurance providers.
On what parts of your body can you get a lymphatic drainage massage?
Lymphatic drainage massage can be performed on your face, legs, arms, stomach, neck and shoulders. Working on each area offers specific benefits (e.g., facial lymphatic drainage helps reduce facial puffiness and improve skin).

How much does a one-hour lymphatic drainage treatment cost?
Naturally, prices vary from clinic to clinic and from practitioner to practitioner. At Zen Quest Wellness, lymphatic drainage massage prices start at $125 for a 60-minute treatment. Our lymphatic acupuncture treatments start at $155 for a 60-minute treatment.
Can I book after my surgery?
Our approach to lymphatic drainage is unique, and although it can help with post-surgical circulation, it isn't designed for that purpose. We recommend speaking with your surgeon or medical doctor prior to booking an appointment after surgery.
